Sapim MG nipple washer
Lowers the friction and improves the line-up of the nipple.
Technical Specifications
Sapim MG washers increase the contact area between the rim and the nipple. The nipple gets a much better connection with the rim. Lower friction and better line-up of the nipple, but does require a flat buttomed inside of the rim.
There are two kinds of washers:
1. Nipple washers increase the strength of the rim and reduce the friction between nipple and rim.
- Oval washers increase the strength of the rim.
- HM washers reduce the friction between nipple and rim.
- MG washers increase the strength of the rim and reduce the friction between rim and nipple.
- Round washers increase the strength of the rim.
2. Spoke washers help to adjust the spoke bend better to the hub. The usage of spoke washers is recommended on steel flange hubs. Sapim spoke washers fits on 2,3 and 2,0mm spokes.
