BAT nipples or Reduction Nipples. Silver and black. Nipples accepting a 13g spoke in 14g sized nipple. Nipples accepting a 14g spoke in a 13g sized nipple. Pillar reduction nipples are smaller in size than the Sapim ones. Fits smaller holes in the rim. Check the Shank/Barrel diameter to find minimum rim hole diameter. Nipple head/Nipple flats dimension determines spoke wrench size.
