The battery should be received by Cycling Mac with charger (and key if needed). The battery pack will be assessed as follows:
wiring and fuses
charge and discharge ports
condition of bars
cells condition, SOC, SOH, balance and capacity
BMS balancing wires connector condition

You receive a Battery Health Report and recommendations based on findings

A non-proprietary e-bike battery assessment is the first step to repair a defective battery. Upon completed assessment you will receive a Battery Health Report. Once approved by You the battery is repaired. This can be either a full rebuild or just a partial repair. BMS replacement can be part of a repair.
It is important to note that we do not deal in closed proprietary ecosystems that require encrypted handshakes and use digital lockouts.
