condition of bars
cells condition, SOC, SOH, balance and capacity
BMS balancing wires connector condition

You receive a Battery Health Report and recommendations based on findings.

An E-bike battery assessment is the first step to repair a defective battery. Upon completed assessment you will receive a Battery Health Report. Once approved by You the battery is repaired. This can be either a full rebuild or just a partial repair. BMS replacement can be part of a repair.

It is important to note that we do not deal in closed proprietary ecosystems that require encrypted UART or CAN communication handshakes and use digital lockouts. We work around and not with BMS circuits which, caused by UART communication failure or low pack voltage, enter a permanent brick mode or lock out.
