Bicycle wheels hand built with care and accuracy using a Noble lacing jig, our modified Park Tool TS 4.2 truing stand, Mitutoyo 2047A dial indicators and a Park Tool TM-1 tensiometer. Wheels are trued to a high lateral and radial trueness and a high dish tolerance(centering). Our wheel build standard includes a lateral geometric tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm( lateral runout or wobble) a radial geometric tolerance of +/- 0.1mm(radial runout or Hop). And spoke tension tolerance each side equalised to about +/- 5% as per PT TM-1 tensiometer readings.

All spokes used in our wheels are custom cut and threaded using our Phil Wood spoke machine no 1139. It was refurbished by Phil Wood & Co in San Jose, California in 2025. It has a new set of dies and is ready for many thousands of spokes.
Spoke threads are locked in place using Loctite 222.
All wheels are delivered with documentation, which includes both geometric tolerance and spoke tension tolerance.
